Black Forest Gateau

Let me start by wishing you a very happy Easter.

At this time of year there always seems to be an abundance of chocolate. One of my favorite ways to enjoy that chocolate is with a glass of Kriek Lambic Beer from Belgium.

The intense Morello cherries flavours mixes gloriously with the silky chocolate and for an experience very reminiscent of the glorious Black Forest Gateau's of the 70's and 80's.

Trust me, once you try this, you'll be reaching for Cherry Beers every Easter!
